These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mari88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or placing any bet on the mari88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mari88 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the mari88 platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the mari88 platform regardless of geographic location, device type, or method of access. They govern all activities conducted through your mari88 account, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, betting, casino gaming, participation in promotional offers, and use of the customer support service.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the mari88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mari88 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.

mari88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the mari88 platform. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mari88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit balances pending the outcome of a formal investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mari88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify mari88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mari88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available within your account security settings.

3.4 KYC Verification

mari88 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian identity card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mari88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be reflected within the platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your mari88 wallet in real time. In cases of technical delay, credits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review where KYC documentation is incomplete, where unusual account activity is detected, or where the withdrawal amount triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds. mari88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing funds.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source Principle

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is implemented for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Exceptions may be made in cases where the original payment method is no longer accessible, subject to satisfactory documentation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the mari88 platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sport-specific betting rules, and any special conditions communicated within the platform interface at the time of bet placement. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Accidental or erroneous bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game round or sporting event, mari88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• Palpable errors in odds, including manifest pricing mistakes, do not create a binding obligation. Bets placed at obviously incorrect odds may be voided at mari88's discretion, with stakes returned.

• Live betting odds and markets may be suspended or removed from betting at any time without notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available through the mari88 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. mari88 reserves the right to exclude any user from promotional offers at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mari88 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not approved by mari88.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers or exploitation of promotional wagering loopholes.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity fraud.

8. Responsible Gaming

mari88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. The following tools are available to all registered users within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mari88 platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of mari88 or its licensed content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mari88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mari88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from reliance on platform content.

mari88's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While mari88 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and accept no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Termination

mari88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the event of actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or at our sole commercial discretion. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account will be returned to the user's last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any bonus funds to which wagering conditions have not been met.

Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting mari88 customer support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms; winnings from settled bets will be added to the returnable balance.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mari88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users who access the mari88 platform from Malaysia do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring their access is consistent with local laws. mari88 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.
